At Rofial Beauty, we value your satisfaction and aim to ensure you love every product you receive. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return policy offers a simple and fair solution outlined below.

Return Window

Returns must be requested within three (3) days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept return requests after this period.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required (such as an order number or confirmation email).

  • Returns must be initiated within the 3-day window from the delivery date.

Refund Method

Approved returns will be issued as store credit only. This credit will be available for future purchases at Rofial Beauty and does not expire. Please note that we do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.

Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Used or opened beauty products (cosmetics or skincare)

  • Items not returned in their original condition

How to Request a Return

To begin the return process, please email our customer care team at  rfl.beauty@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond within 24–48 hours with further instructions.
