Return & Refund Policy
Because we offer authentic designer items with limited availability, we maintain a structured returns and exchanges policy to protect both our customers and our inventory.
1) Return Eligibility
Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Have the garment seal tag fully intact (uncut and unaltered)
- Be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition
- Show no signs of wear, damage, odors, makeup, or alterations
All returned items are inspected upon receipt. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Items with removed or cut garment seal tags are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
2) Return Outcomes
Eligible returns may be processed as one of the following, at the customer’s choice:
- Store credit
- Exchange (subject to availability)
Refunds to the original payment method are not offered for returns that meet eligibility requirements.
3) Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
- If damage occurred during shipping to you, we will offer an exchange or replacement, subject to availability.
- Items damaged after delivery or during return shipping are not eligible for refund, credit, or exchange.
4) Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees, taxes, and duties are non-refundable.
Returns must be approved before shipping back. We do not accept packages sent without prior authorization.
5) Order Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled before shipment at no additional cost.
- Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
6) Important Notes
- Due to inventory limitations, availability for exchanges cannot be guaranteed.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy requirements.
